Create and manage opportunities and link these to your sales force. As
opportunity we mean potential sales for the company. Let’s see how you
can create an opportunity.
To open the Opportunities
unit: click on “Apps” then
“More Apps” and on the
CRM module click on the
“Opportunities”.
Click the “New” button (+) to create an opportunity.
General details
Fill in the details of the opportunity. Give a title; select the category of
the opportunity and define one or two administrators.

Relations
In this area you can connect the opportunity with account, contact,
product, contract and document based on your needs.
Type the first letters in the field e.g. “Fi” and press enter. A list with all
the available options appears. Click the appropriate one.
Current Status
Give the details for the status of the opportunity:
Stage: current stage of the opportunity
Current possibility: possibility of success (in a percentage %)
Target turnover: targeted amount to earn
Final turnover: final earned amount
Click the “Save” button. The opportunity is ready inside Comidor.
