Organization DetailsVilla Victoria is an affordable housing community in the heart of the South End.The community was founded in 1974 after the Puerto Rican born residents gained development rights from the Boston Redevelopment Authority in 1968

The developers for the community were borne out of the movement to own parcel 19 (currently Villa Victoria/Victory Village), Emergency Tenants Council-Developers Corporation
