Investment Strategy
€100,000 capital will be required during the business start-‐up. 30% of the capital will be raised by the 3 owners, in which each owner will contribute €10,000 each. €70,000 of long-‐term loan with a repayment term of four years will be borrowed from the bank with an annual interest rate of 10%.
Investments of assets include internet space, purchase of plaCorm and equipment (‘4’ laptops and desktops) and system development, which worth €70,000. The remaining €30,000 will remain as cash for operaJon.
We expect to increase our investment as the business grows.

Pricing and Sales Forecast
The proposed price of our service to our client(member) will be €5,000 annually for companies with up to 100 users. Half of the price will be collected from the client before using our service and the remaining half will be paid after the first 6 months.
We assume to have 45 members (15 core members, 30 second level members) during the first year of business. We hope to find members in the top level of each sector during this first year. We forecast our business to grow 100% every year until the fifth year, when the growth slows to 20% afterwards.
