The purpose of the presentation was to: Inform Inspire Instigate Information in the form of a research-based presentation outlining the main factors of experiencing productive days. Inspire in a way that each participant could go back and implement an idea or two that could/would make them a bit more productive. Instigate to take action. To future-cast out 8 months from now, and wonder, "What would need to happen to make my goals come true?"
