creative and motivational processes.

ALDEHYDE LABS are places that provide favorable conditions for marketing and business creativity and

research, and where marketing concept design, prototyping, testing and simulations can be performed,

evaluated and measured.

The sensorial stimulation to do creative work is very important and unconventional design or industrial

objects, music, pictures, scientific prototypes and other stimuli are used in all marketing innovation

process phases. ALDEHYDE LABS have to facilitate cross watching and pollination between design,

architecture, crafts, arts, science, social and other areas, with the aim to find uncontested marketing

solutions, contents and forms.

  TWIN LABS format has been developed with the aim to put in practice our specific collaborative creative

process BRAINING; two separated meetings are organized: the first one (creaTEAMity) is completely dedicated

to the divergent, individual and collective creativity, the following one (acTEAMity) is focused on the divergent

marketing innovation and problem solving. Between the two meetings, a more or less lasting time interval

(inTEAMity) is left in order to permit idea incubation and improvement.

  TWIN LABS format is excellent for management meetings, strategic planning, strategic brand management and

strategic business development. The whole group, which dimension shouldn’t exceed 20-24 people, is usually

split into three groups that work on complementary topics and in a very short time generate a huge amount of

new ideas (1° meeting) or are able to complete their goal-oriented divergent decision-making process (2°

meeting). In parallel, an excellent and very rich idea platform is elaborated for a further review.

  Finally, this format, especially for complex and long lasting projects, could be repeated and/or combined with

other creative events.
