Rice has been grown in Thailand for centuries and rice is a part of the Thai tradition.

Not long ago…The rice mills in the countryside could only mill the paddy into white rice and send by bags to the Exporters in Bangkok . Exporters then made the rice ready for export by re cleaning and packing .

Now….The infrastructure is much better in Thailand and many mills in the countryside improved their machinery with sortex machines, waterpolishers and packing machines .

( India/Thailand/Vietnam/Brazil/US/Cambodia etc.- Africa is one of Thailand's key markets, particularly for Parboiled rice . - Thailand shipped 10 million tonnes of rice.-Africa have increased Import rice more than 14 million tonnes. -Benin received 620,000 tonnes, Ivory Coast  (420,000),- Cameroon (357,000), Mozambique (240,000), Nigeria (228,000) and South Africa (248,000).    Yearly imports . Remaining exports to other regions.-China importing 3 million tonnes under G to G.-Indonesia 1.4 millions tons and phillipines 2 million tons importing rice Under G to G.
