Nothing is luscious, mouth watering and tempting than the loveliest Chocolate Cake. we often

knows much better that for decorations of many food items chocolates are used and talking about

the Cakes , the king of king is The Chocolate. If you are going to classes to learn the chocolate

cake than must tell you, still many things is there which does not consider in the decorum of the

cakes. No wait we are not directly start with the delicious recipes but before that you have to go

through with the Chocolate itself.

Chocolate Melting is the foremost thing that you have to learn. The critical mistake done by the

new comers is that they try to melt the chocolates so unsteadily that sometimes chocolates lose

its taste. So basically you first have to break chocolates in any of the est way that you could do.

You have option that either you put chocolate in slices and or in pieces. To give chocolate the

smoothness and the softness the container should getting heat in a due ways. If you want to be

safe and cook easily then you can apply the ancient method that is to break the chocolate and put

it into a small narrow container and that container should get heat in bowl that wan filled with hot

water. Boiling water is totally restricted note it well. So after a while chocolates start it work of

melting and you also have to do work of stirring. You have to stir the mixture until the chocolate

becomes smooth and melted and not a single one has chunks. Okay if you are ready with Melting

Hot Chocolate than go ahead and give your wanted shape and size to the mixture.

Proper shaping and cuttings are only possible if the texture of Chocolate Mix is smooth and soft

as velvet. To reach at that level, you should stick the mixture on a surface thatoo was flat. You

can take help of Cookie Sheet. Now let the chocolate calm down on the natural room

temperature.

You can cut the chocolate using a knife that must have the wide and flat Blade. Now let the

chocolate cool in its own ways. Do correct curls and leave it on a thick yellowish paper which

allows the scraped chocolate to be chilled on.

Instead of using knife in cutting and in curls one has another option of Cookie Cutter. So now you
