(Chip Program)
“The difference is collaborative efforts.”“Transforming today’s HR professional into tomorrow’s business leaders.”
Our economy has opened to the global opportunities, and competition at the
highest level now prevails. In the current brain-drain scenario, it is becoming
more and more difficult for HR to retain good employees for their organization.
Organizational needs are changing and growing. The expectations of the
management from their HR Department have raised the professional
competency requirements for the HR professionals to the next higher level.
Global trends in HR Management are rapidly shifting towards technology-
based HR Management through advanced disciplines where Business
Intelligence is the leading, with HR Intelligence as one of its major branches.
It is very important for HR Heads, Managers, and Executives to be well
equipped in HR Intelligence for their career advancement as more and more
progressive companies are implementing it, as well as delivering fast paced
development to their organization through implementing HR intelligence.
Most of the management development programs today focus on the advanced
theories and practices taking place in the discipline of HR. However, it is of
utmost importance for HR professionals to understand that with the dynamicity
that HR environments have in today’s scenario, it is the right technology for
alignment, execution, analysis, and improvement that will make these
practices tangible and deliver their true value.
With this in the horizon, Indian Institute of Business Intelligence has
launched the CHIP Program in technical collaboration with Euthenics IT to
address the rapidly expanding need of the industry for technocrats and trained
professionals, and to accelerate the career graph of HR professionals and be a
catalyst in their progress.
The distinguishing quality of this course is the industry-institute outlook on
which it is designed. It equips the knowledge of HR, with the practice of HR
Intelligence thus focusing on the deliverables which actually matter to the
management and organization.

Organizations should feel more assured about the functional understanding of
their certified HR Executives that they can apply forward thinking HR best
practices and policies through HR Intelligence.
Answering the gap of Technology-based Management in today’s fast changing
global scenario, CHIP Program is designed as a part of our industry-
institute initiative through the collaborative efforts of veteran industry professionals and researchers from leading management institutes of India.
COURSE PREMISE
Organizations around the world are recognizing the payback and competitive
advantages of developing the right human capital. The key challenge is to align
people with management strategy. Advances in technology and continuously
increasing competitive pressures and talent drain from a global economy, are
reshaping organizational architecture and human systems, forcing businesses
to identify and nurture leaders who can operate effectively across the board.
The challenge for the HR professional is then to optimize the performance by meeting most critical needs around managing, rewarding, and engaging talent; ensuring responsible remuneration; and enhancing Human Resource Effectiveness, which is a mammoth task in absence of
functional and strategic understanding of HR Intelligence.
At “Indian Institute of Business Intelligence (IIBI)”, we recognize that each organization is different, with unique business challenges. However, as
professionals, you will be poised in your career to work with many different
organizations in many different challenging scenarios. How do you then handle
such scenarios? It is the discipline of HR Intelligence that helps you meet these
challenges.
In this course we cover a working understanding of industry HR best practices that lead to HR Intelligence. This is then groomed with hands-on training on creating translating, executing, and monitoring these policies through HR Dashboards and industry-leading analytic applications.
