This project is the initiative of the HR-department`s work. Johnson&Johnson HR strategy is aimed at creating comfortable working conditions along with flexible working hours and an advanced benefits package. Voshod Solnca is responsible for designing the developmental program, teachers recruitment, control of equipment purchase and operational project management. Johnson&Johnson purchased equipment and materials and provided several rooms that were transformed into a wonderful classrooms to help nurture child development. The child care center works as a summer camp during the summer months. The center is designed for children of different ages: 3-6, 7-10 and 11-14. The concept of child development is based on examination the humans in different aspects. A child explores life as an individual, a family member, a member of society and a global citizen. Professional teachers work with the children to foster various learning forms from independent work in a stimulating environment to the fascinating creative activities, project work and cultural exchange in a club with a foreign teacher. Sometimes teachers involve parents in this process. For example, two parents who were Johnson&Johnson employees came to the class and showed how the real brain and spine look like using models they utilize for employee training.

On May, 11th the Voshod Solnca team launched a corporate child care center for children of Johnson&Johnson employees. This project is the initiative of the HR-department`s work. Johnson&Johnson HR strategy is aimed at creating comfortable working conditions along with flexible working hours and an advanced benefits package.

The schedule also includes such vitally important processes as walks, feeding and sleeping. Children walk in an open playground near the business center. Diverse and nutritious food is provided by our partner – a quality catering company. Sleeping hours are organized as in European child care centers with personal sleeping bags and mattresses.

Feedback from children and parents helps us to prove the value of a child care center on-site.
