Designed and implemented re-engineered

processing for abandoned property which

was cost effective and efficient, affording the

Compliance Department more review time.

This resulted in a letter of commendation

from compliance senior management.

Built team, planned and managed the

conversion of The Bank of New York’s global

mutual fund accounting systems. The

conversion produced maintenance and

contract savings of well over $100,000

immediately and completely eliminated

recurring charges.

The project was completed in 25% of the

scheduled time and 60% under budget. The

time savings enabled the firm to realize

other cost savings and efficiencies sooner

than planned.

Increased mandatory education and training

compliance from 6% to 38% of staff in fewer

than eight weeks

Project Manager for activities related to the

Bank of America – Nations Bank merger. This

major project was accomplished without

error, on time and on budget.

Quintupled output and increased morale of

Transfer Services project team and enabled

team to react quickly and effectively to

client and marketing requests.

Designed and managed development of

asset reconciliation and on-line settlement

system which resulted in a 70% reduction of

time required to settle with clients
