Work accomplished in timely manner Make a list of how much time it takes to complete a task Different tasks take longer as well as different departments take

more prep work. Do the prep work the day before Out of 39 employees 18 said that they could use help throughout

the day to accomplish task quicker, 10 said that they found themselves with nothing to do at times,

and 11 refused to answer
