•Couple that with the Australian unemployment rate of 5‘ish% verses the 8.5’ish% in the US means there are less fish (candidates) to be caught.

• A web site is not enough. Most websites are a marketing platform and if there is a careers section, its an afterthought.

Eg, search engine optimised for job seekers, have video, blogs, testimonials etc. all related to careers
within your company.
