CAMAC SMART installation

We must introduce the CAMAC SMART in the scaffold or placing the scaffolding around the SMART .

Level the first mast. It is very important for avoiding erection problems

Fix the first mast to the scaffold using the anchorage.

Install the wire-winder next to the base. We should give 7 rounds for getting tension on the inside springs. Afterwards connect the cable to the machine.

Connect the hand control to the machine. It will be used only for installation process.

Assemble the second mast, use the screws to fix it. Use the hand control to lift the machine when you need it.

Before start up the CAMAC SMART check that all switches are not active or pressed.

Floor switch

Follow the erection by assembling more masts

and one anchorage every 3 meters.

Anchorages are fixed on the mast using this plate.

Floor stop. Can be fixed anywhere on the mast. Its

used for fixing the stop positions according the

scaffold levels.
