The Ghanaian Construction industry holds the key to the development of the nation towards achieving and sustaining the requisite socio-economic progress :
• contributes to the national socio-economic development by providing significant employment opportunities at non-skilled and skilled levels.
• provides the infrastructure(physical assets) and facilities required for other sectors of the economy to flourish such as;– schools for education and training,– factories and shops for commercial and business activities,– housing for basic human needs,– hospitals for health care,– buildings for the national communications network and so on.
This policy on the utilization of sixty percent(60%) local building materials in the construction is to make us visible in the marketplace and give new breath to our business

Purpose of a Business Plan • A business plan describes the venture that you will
create to exploit a concept. It has traditionally three primary functions:
• Action Plan A business plan can help to move you to action.
• Road Map Once you have started your business, a business plan can be an invaluable tool to help keep you on track and moving in the direction you want to go.
• Sales Tool A business plan can serve as a sales tool. You will probably need outside financing/assistance to start your business, and a business plan is the tool you need to convince investors/suppliers to come on board.
Implementing an effective management system can help you to:
• Manage your social, environmental and financial risks• Improve operational effectiveness• Reduce costs• Increase customer and stakeholder satisfaction• Protect your brand and reputation• Achieve continual improvement• Promote innovation• Remove barriers to trade• Bring clarity to the marketplace
