E is for EMPLOYEE; residing on the left hand sideof the quadrant. This person is looking for asafe, secure job with benefits. That‟s what makesthem employees because their core value issecurity.

S is for SELF EMPLOYED; also on the left hand side.This is the small business owner or the self-employed, and again their core values will causethem to use the same words which are, “ If you wantit done right, do it yourself. “Generally a one personact, they operate by themselves, with little or noleverage in their business model.
B is for BUSINESS OWNER; residing on the righthand side of the quadrant is the big businessowner, such as Bill Gates, Donald Trump or SteveJobs. Unlike the people in the S part of thequadrant they don‟t try to run their business allby themselves, they build systems to support theirbusiness operations and seek out the best possiblepeople to run their multiple companies. Their corevalues are Freedom and Financial Liberty.
RIGHT SIDE
I is for INVESTOR; also on the right of thequadrant, these people have learned how to buildbusinesses and take the income generated fromthose businesses and use it to create true andlasting wealth. In other words they make moneywith money, and they do not have to workbecause their money is working for them. AsRober puts it, this is the “playground of the rich”

If you are earning P8,000 monthly and you work for eight hours for each day or P 33 in
