MANAGERS MASTERCLASS

This intensive class is designed to equip managers on how to IDENTIFY potential causes of workplace conflicts before they arise, RESOLVE these conflicts timeously and efficiently, effectively MANAGE differences and conflict that cannot be resolved and PREVENT team conflict that are avoidable.

Managers during this class are exposed to the common mistakes they make daily that cause conflict in their teams.

Managers undergo a practical and theoretical test on their proficiency in Workplace Conflicts, successful seminarians are awarded a certificate in Managing Workplace Conflict.

TEAM RENDEZVOUS This is a staff relational masterclass. Usually,

before-hand, they are made to fill out a confidential questionnaire about their expectations, challenges and difficulties at work (Workplace thermometer). The IRMP team uses this questionnaire to tailor-make a discussion that addresses these problems. There is also at the end, an expert-in-residence closed door session with management, where the needs and expectation of their team/staff are scientifically presented and advice proffered to enable them make informed decisions. The Organisation afterwards gets the IRMP Certificate in recognition of their compliance to workplace best practices.

SUNRISE/SUNSET MASTERCLASS

This is a short but incisive seminar designed to ingrain a culture of excellent working relationships among staff, Usually for a duration of 90mins only, the Sunrise/ Sunset Masterclass may be before start of business or immediately after close of business, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Its highly interactive style, has repeatedly proven transformational.

Patrick is responsible for teaching over 350 programmes on commercial negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, South Africa, Nigeria and India. Patrick has a long history in the areas of mediation and negotiation and has been involved in over 700 commercial disputes. He is also the former Director of Bond University Legal Negotiation Project, the largest comparative study that examines the negotiation skills of lawyers and has been Principal Negotiator for the world bank in multimillion dollar personal injuries claim.

Odeworitse is a personal and business development coach and trainer. He has over 20 years cognate experience in the field of training. His areas of specialization and emphasis are Time management, leadership training and development, goal setting, business and leadership communication, creative non fiction writing, writing for business, success motivation, sales and marketing training. He also teaches and trains high networth individuals and public functionaries in public speaking, relationship management and aspects of corporate communication and public relations. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees and diplomas in law, theology, philosophy and human resource management. He is an ecclectic autodidact who is widely read and deeply reflective and is self taught in many subjects. Apart from several African nations, he has travelled widely in America, Sweden, Norway, across the United Kingdom.

Bob is an expert in alternative dispute resolution, conflict resolution and peace building. His primary skill areas are capacity building, program design, program implementation, research and training. He holds a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution from the Carlifornia State University and an LLM in Dispute Resolution from the famed Strauss Institute of Perpperdine University, adjudged the best in the world in Conflict resolution studies.
