Handling compensation & benefits is also part of my responsibility. This is exactly the reason why it is less obvious for me to specialise in one particular area of HR. The ‘Compensation & Benefits’ programme gave me the chance to study the various aspects of that field. It offers a 360° overview of the subject matter, giving enough consideration to the main points without going into too much detail. In addition to being introduced to expert faculty, I found it valuable and nice to share knowledge and experiences with the other participants.
