DESCRIPTION
When ASTM C270 Type M,S, and N mortar are used with masons sand mixed to the proportion specification in laying up or repointing historic brick - the result is death to the brick. If you want to speed up the death process - strike the face of the joint with a steel rod and waterproof the wall.
