Each participant passes his/her ideas
to the person on his/her left
Step # 4
Each participant writes down3 new ideas
Each participant reads the 5 ideas, he/she has received and writes down 3 new ideas.
Number these 3 new ideas # 6 to # 8.

Each participant passes the 8 ideas to the person on
his/her left
Step # 6
Each participant writes down2 new ideas
Each participant reads the 8 ideas, he/she has received and writes down 2 new ideas.
Number these 2 new ideas # 9 and # 10.
Step # 7
Each participant passes the 10 ideas on to the person on
his/her left
Step # 8
Each person selects the 2 best ideas
Each person selects, of the 10 ideas, the 2 ideas he/she finds the best.
