•Exploring what adds value in your business
•Diagnose the operations & processes
•Outstanding change management
Business processes interconnect activities to create an output of value to the customer.
Business process redesign starts with the objective of adding more value for the customers by identifying areas which are of the value to the client where better process (or building blocks), will deliver greater added value.
One of the main elements of understanding your situation is the ability to diagnose your operations. The key to effective diagnosis is effective questioning, & a knowledge of the system or operations you are diagnosing.
