What is Bottom Up Culture?
“Like Bees gathering around honey and being driven by the Queen Bee, organizations have to ensure that while the CEO or the other top managers initiate the change, employees at all levels must take to the change as well.”
- Sustainable Change starts from the bottom, it’s where the execution happens.
- The bottom of the hierarchy is the closest to our external realities and to the customers.
★ Bottom Up Culture is where the lower part of the hierarchy play a major role in boosting innovation and change within the organisation.
