DEVELOPMENT SUPPORTWe will work from your Outsole drawings
and Midsole drawings to create specialized
moulds for your footwear. We can also generate
designs for you and finish “wood models” of sole
units to show you first 3D impressions of your
designs.
We then move to Uppers design and
prototyping. We will present you with a finished
upper with outsole within 21 days in most cases.
COMMERCIALIZATION SUPPORT The commercialization process will finalize the
grading of the size range and also finish the set
of moulds. We will finalize the top and bottom
sizes with you to insure fits.
PRODUCTION SUPPORTThe production is usually done in our own
factories and is QC’D internally. We are also able
to utilize services of SGS and other external
review companies to provide you comfort!
We have a team of QC people to manage
the in line review of products and will work with
your staff on the ground.
LOGISTICS SUPPORT We manage the shipping docs and shipping
processes to get it on the vessel for you and
liaise with your forwarders in China.
We will take responsibility for the product
we produce for you.
If it does not work we will support your
business and work to solve any issues arising!

NET 69 Sports - ChinaThe Factory employs 900+ people in
Qingdao and 500+ in Dalian.
The Dalian factory makes exclusively,
Motorcycle apparel.
Qingdao makes that as well as Outdoor
and Ski apparel with 18 lines of sewing.
The founder is Mr SY Shim who has over
35 years experience in making garments.
The main factory specializes in technical
products and has seam sealing as well as sonic
welding and laser cutting processes.
It has captured a few major brands this
past year due to it’s capability and investment in
quality machinery. We are constantly upgrading
or capability and technical processes.
The Apparel operation also has partner
factories in Indonesia, Vietnam and other cities
in China.
This allows us to make cotton garments,
denim, knit and woven items. We are able to act
as your agent in these markets.
The Apparel division has offices in Seoul,
Hong Kong, and sales operations in Vancouver,
LA, and in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
It has product development in Seoul and in
China.
It is a global operation selling to branded
customers and directly to retail clients.

operation in QIngdao to handle specialist

Chiemsee started in 1982 is a performance surf brand with a fashion feelThe brand is a board sports inspired brand. From sponsoring the
famous surf championships the “PIPE MASTER” in Hawaii in 1980’s to
sponsorship of some of the worlds best Snowboarders,
Windsurfers and Kite surfers, it remains authentic and
committed to it’s customers.
The company is situated beside Lake Chiemsee in
southern Germany close to Austria.
The company image is very strong and it has very high
brand awareness in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
The brand is sold in all of the top sports and lifestyle
specialist in those markets. it is traded around Europe and now in Asia
by BKMS.
The Chiemsee company also has a brand targeted at the younger
more flamboyant consumers who want to show their personal style, and it
is + -, Plus MInus.
It utilizes bolder prints and more aggressive designs.
BKMS will roll out the products in 2009 spring and will launch
in Korea and China.
It will sell through mono branded retail stores and through
the internet in those markets.
Chiemsee represents the second major brand launch for
BKMS after successfully managing 200+ stores for an Italian
sports brand in China.

Denim production near Jiangmen China.
The production is devoted mainly to denim
pants/skirts and jackets but also utilizes cotton
and cordoroy.
The factory has 15 lines of sewing and
three major cutting tables.
We also have our own laundry which allow
quality finishing details.
The factory is capable of making all
genders of jeans and for all ages. We specialize
in fashion denim, shipping to retailers in Italy,
Spain, Canada, USA and China.
The business is able to make various types
of denim,

is undergoing an expansion of the facilities.
There is a new 8000 sq. ft. building being
erected that will expand the QC and packing
areas.
The factory is managed by a Canadian who
has has numerous years of experience and the
company exports products to numerous
