Atmosphere

We will be purchasing a reliable pre-owned

medium food truck. The truck will sport an all

stainless steal interior and a diesel engine which

we will convert to eco-friendly bio-diesel (used

cooking oil). Our main menu will be two large dry

erase or chalk boards. We will display on a

rotating basis "green" art work and crafts from

local artisans. We will also be displaying brochures

from local and exotic farms and other worthy

causes. We will donate food to local organizations.

10% of our net profits will go to help the needy

and Rainforest preservation.

Marketing Strategy

Our plan is to focus on just 5 marketing strategies...

Grand Opening Party with free bite size samples and vouchers for free and discounted menu items.

Local Offices: We will hand deliver free lunch vouchers and menu's to office managers. We will fax menu's each day

to area office managers.

Social Media: We will develop Instagram, FaceBook and Twitter contacts in the area. We will post regular updates

with choice pictures of our savory offerings, including trivia contests with prizes of free food.

Foodstart: God willing our idea will resonant with the Food Start community and we will develop a loyal following.

Financial Plan

We anticipate start-up costs of $72,765. Through Foodstart, we will raise $37,765 for general startup expenses

(medium used reliable food truck with kitchen equipment, insurance, permits, food inventory, signage, menu's, fuel,

etc.) We also anticipate receiving a $20,000 Rockland Industrial Developement Assoc. loan and a $10,000 grant from

the Rockland Small Business Developement Center. The extra $7,765 we will put on our credit cards!

In year we expect to generate over $341,000 in sales, $596,000 in sales by the end of year two. First profitability will

be reached by our third month in operation.

More Info

We have married the three sky rocketing segments of the food industry in one business.

The marketing research shows that the organic food segment, the smoothie industry and the food truck business

have all seen and continue to enjoy hearty financial growth. This due to the public’s desire to get away from toxic

foods, be eco-friendly and enjoy good tasting healthy fast food.

We have been using these foods and recipes to help our clients get healthy for the past 15 years. We are now ready

to break out into the general public and the research shows that they are ready also.

Our growth plan is to continually seek to satisfy our customers palettes, continually offer unsurpassed customer

service, modify our menu seasonally, stay true to our organic roots and continue to add even more eco-friendly

features to our food truck (i.e.: solar panels). If all goes well, down the line we will open a brick and mortar

establishment.
