phone, lunches, travel, ..)

Candidate profile

Profile of the ideal candidate.

Make a scoring of the candidate against the ideal candidate.

Take hiring serious.

Take hiring seriously. Hire slow, fire fast. Make sure to put things on paper from the outset.
