manufacturing facility IN THE SOUTHERN INDIAN METROPOLIS CHENNAI and is situated at 12 kms from the Chennai International airport well connected by Road. The factory spreads over 20,000 sq ft manufacturing built up area  And 3000 sq ft of design and administration sections. More than 15000 sq ft is utilized for greenery keeping in mind the contribution towards reducing green house emissions.  The company is run by well experienced and talented Engineers and workmen ably supported and professionally managed.

The Factory is equipped with the right complement of machinery like TIG/MIG welding machines, Plasma cutting machines, Drilling and grinding machines hardness testers etc. The design section is equipped with the latest software like INVENTOR, CATIA, AUTOCAD etc.  The salient feature of BENCO GROUP is that it designs and manufactures most of the equipment in house to maintain very high quality standards and also to keep the equipment cost reasonable. Benco Group……..

BENCO customers for heat treatment furnaces include, Stump Schule Somappa, AUTO LIV, ARVIN MERITOR, LGB, TI Group, SANSERA, RSB, NHK, NATIONAL PANASONIC, SONA KOYO, BORG WARNER etc.   BENCO’S strength is that it manufactures the complete heat treatment line IN HOUSE like the main furnace, Endo gas generators, Weigh and feed systems, Washing machines etc.  Benco’s equipments are qualified as per A M S 2750 D under C Q I 9 standards in the very first go itself. Benco’s furnaces are quite energy efficient with state of the art SCADA systems for easy automated operation.
