representatives knowledge of the products and their uses in the marketplace. When you call Tamis, you'll talk to a specialist who thoroughly understands our products and strives to meet your needs.

• Historically, customers have even preferred to direct questions to Tamis personnel rather than Lawrence customer service directly. We take the time to ask the correct questions and to propose options that may not be evident. And just as importantly, assure timely delivery of the product.

Ordering Terms and conditions• In-stock items will be shipped within seven working days. Other items may

require additional time to manufacture or obtain from suppliers. Notification of a delay in the availability of a product will be made if the delay exceeds 30 days.

• Orders for multiple items may necessitate shipping from several different locations. In such cases, it may not be possible to deliver all items in one shipment, and we will complete the order in several shipments. Multiple shipping and handling charges will be applied.

• Unless a specific routing is requested, all shipments will be at the discretion of the shipping department. If specific routing is requested, we will do our best to use the specified carrier.
