Members as the union

• The Union is the Members, Members are the Union – not an external 3rd party with its own interests

• Organization is self-governed by the members and Executive roles are elected

• Our Constitution is written and maintained by the Members for the Members.

• We constantly improve the quality of life for our Members and their families.

• An “open organization” that works with partners to grow its community and the economy while adapting to the evolving environment

• Forward-thinking, with an eye on the future
