PROBLEM DETAILS Lubriplate FGL-1 was separating in remote lube lines causing caking and blockage.Also, oil was separating from thickener in bearings and being washed out.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS Lubriplate FGL-1 was not able to handle pumping pressures or wash-down conditions.
