Water Trek Aqua Route®

The Water Trek Aqua Route® system is patented and can be custom tailored to each basement water problem encountered. It addresses water from both sides of the footing, floor and walls. It is a self-cleaning conduit with holes in the front and back which allow the conduit to continuously clean itself guaranteeing a non-clogging sub-floor system.

The Baseboard Aqua Route®

The Baseboard Aqua Route® System is made out of a ridged polyvinyl chloride colored gray to closely match the concrete on the floor and the foundation wall. The Baseboard Aqua Route® System was developed by Basement Technologies to address specialty floors with very thick, fiber reinforced, rebar or monolithically poured floors. A special two-part epoxy is applied to the bottom of Baseboard Aqua Route® to secure permanently to the concrete floor. This seal is guaranteed for the lifetime of the structure and is transferable upon sale.

Basement Technologies Cove Base®

Basement Technologies Cove Base® is an integral part of the Water Trek Aqua Route® two-piece basement waterproofing system. The various Cove Base® designs can hug a wall and channel water from the wall to the sub-floor Water Trek Aqua Route® system.

Basement Technologies Cove Base®The Basement Technologies Cove Base® can create a virtual airtight fit on most if not all foundations thus eliminating potential radon gas, sub-floor smells or insects from entering the living space. At the same time it enables water from above (on the wall) to drain into the Water Trek Aqua Route® system under the floor.

The various Cove Base® designs can be applied on any footing configuration and are easily adaptable to all sub-floor conditions. The slots on the bottom allow water from the footing to pass to the Water Trek Aqua Route® system.

The Crawl Space Conduit™ will reduce humidity and possible mold growth throughout the home. It can also help dry up wood and floor structural framing. Basement Technologies has designed a solution to the dirt crawl space problem. The Crawl Space Conduit™ will reduce heating and cooling costs. The Floor Grate™

Basement Technologies' patent pending floor grate is installed on the inside of the bulkhead and garage doors. Designed to catch and divert water from the exterior of the bulkhead or driveway and route it to the interior sub-floor system. The design insures water will not get on the floor inside the basement or garage. Basement Technologies has used a variety of pumping units over the years. We have always believed a pump with heavy duty ball bearing construction and piggy backed plugs should be the choice for the customer conscious water proofing company. After extensive testing, we chose Bell & Gossett (ITT) as our primary sump pump. Bell & Gossett (ITT) has been in business for over 80 years and is the premiere American made pump manufacturer in the country. They specialize in heavy duty industrial/commercial pumping units and have “customized” some of this special technology especially for Basement Technologies.

Stallion Eliminator Battery Backup Sump Pump

Basement Technologies’ Stallion Eliminator battery operated backup sump pump is designed to backup primary residential sump pumps in case of pump or power failure. A must for those installations where an inoperative sump pump can not be tolerated. Separate float switch and built-in alarm automatically starts the backup system and activates a warning buzzer to protect against high water damage and warn of primary pump failure.

Lawn Magnum™


The Lawn Magnum™ will reduce the amount of water overflow to the surface of the lawn. The majority of the water is filtered underground and actually helps water the subsoil and roots under the lawn. The area surrounding The Lawn Magnum™ burial area actually grows better and looks greener. The Lawn Magnum™ is a patented design set up with a pressure fitting that forces water under the lawn. The discharged water is forced downward into the unit and dispersed into the subsoil, thus reducing the hassle and inconvenience of multiple discharge relocations throughout your lawn. For severe flooding, tandem units can be installed. The Lawn Magnum™, with similar installations since 1952, has a life expectancy of approximately 50 years.

Bubbler Pot™


Our unique Bubbler Pot™ with a drywell of stone underneath the Bubbler Pot™ is used to discharge the water from the Water Grabber® Bull Dog™ and the patented Water Trek Aqua Route® system - away from the home. Curtain Drain™


Basement Technologies' patent pending product, the "Curtain Drain™" is designed to eliminate water from entering the basement due to exterior pooling. The "Curtain Drain™" will take the threatening water which collected on the surface and route it to the side of the home away from the flooded area. Our Curtain Drain ™ system is an economical and effective system for added peace of mind. In addition, we can install our Finish White panels to the inside basement walls which would allow water to flow behind them so that the water will be rerouted into a full perimeter system beneath the floor on the inside.

Bonair Humidex draws moist stale contaminated air to vents via a quiet and powerful fan. This unique revolutionary unit addresses air quality problems where they are created. The moist air is then vented to the outside of your home through a duct while being replaced with a flow of drier, fresh air drawn downward from the upper levels of your home.

Bonair Humidex is controlled by an adjustable humidistat that regulates the airflow. When the desired level of humidity is achieved, the fan speed will automatically reduce. It will resume a higher speed as the humidity level increases. The direct effect is a complete home air exchange occurring anywhere from 6-10 times a day.

A failure (at an average of 70 lbs of pressure) can disgorge up to 650 gallons of water per hour. A potential 3 pump system provided a virtually fool proof product. The water is no longer wasted by pumping it out to the lawn, while it is raining. We saved it for the spring and summer months for watering the lawn. Watering ban restrictions and high water bills are common during the summer months.
