Our online service of company incorporation (PAIT, because of itsCatalan acronym) allows the creation of business corporations (limitedcompanies) in an average period of nine days.

In order to access the online services, the entrepreneur must haveattended the seminar capsule “How to incorporate your business onlinewith Barcelona Activa” that lasts two hours.

This is a support service for financing search through a diagnosis madeby our technical team. Through a personalized interview we work withthe company in order to identify its needs, determine the best itineraryto follow and support the process of financing by banks, public or privateinstitutions.

We can give advice and direct demands for bank financing because weare financial facilitators accredited by the Institut Català de Finances (ICF)and members of the Xarxa Inicia and we have bilateral agreementsand direct connections with financing institutions such as Banc Sabadell,BBVA, La Caixa, etc.

In the case of public financing, we give you advice and facilitateaccess to the incentives provided by national and international publicorganizations.

And the same works for private financing, we facilitate access to finan-cing resources and investment readiness activities and, together withthe business angels’ networks in the city, we organize investment forumsand create spaces to allow entrepreneurs contact private investors.
