The Work at Home Mom Illusion• Work until 2 am to get more done• Sleep in until kids wake up• Wear our PJ’s until 11 am• Rarely shower• Answer emails 4 times a day• Answer texts constantly• Survive on 4 hours of sleep

The Work from Home Mom Truth• Wake up early• Plan for the day the night before• Prepare body, mind and soul for the day ahead• Shower, get dressed, do hair/makeup before kids are up• Tackle the “frogs” of their day first• Check email twice a day• Use social media wisely• Plan all meals for the day

• Me• When will you work out? When will you read to enrich yourself? When will you get ready?
