Our History

Year of foundation. Rendering of paging and two-way communication services through the private radio network in Moscow.

1997

Launch of Stolen Vehicle Recovery services, based on two-way radio communication technology in Moscow.

Launch of Stolen Vehicle Recovery services, based on Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global System of Mobile Communication (GSM) technologies. This is the completely new level of service - now all cars are under protection throughout Europe, Russia and CIS.

Launch of Fleet Management service. This solution allows our corporate clients to decrease costs of transport operations, improves business effectiveness, and ensures safety of the delivery.

1.  Positioning of vehicles by GPS Satellites and Radio Communication Network

2.  If there is an attempt of car theft, equipment installed in the car automatically sends impact sensor information to our Monitoring Center.

3.  Operator immediately determines the location of the vehicle, it’s speed and direction, and undertakes proper actions

4.  This information is transmitted to the Police.

5.  Operator contacts the car owner or his authorized representative without any delay and informs him about the situation.

6.  Policemen in cooperation with our Flying Squad equipped with innovative devices impound the vehicle.
