How to match expectations between employee and new country?
Start the relocation program in advance.
It’s advisable to collaborate with the company to have information on a new relocation possibly one month and a half in advance.

Welcome mail and questionnaire to collect the expectations.
Phone call with the employee and the family to give detailed information on common type of accomodation foundable in Italy, cost of living and rediscuss the expectations when necessary.
Coaching on what it is possible or not possible to match according with the budget and type of accomodation driving the expectations in the best direction.

Preselection of accomodation based on the questionnaire and the dialogue with the employee and the family.
- Usually we preselect 30 accomodation to be able to show him during the house hunting the 8/9 solutions that fully match the expectation.
- During these two days the employee and family always find a best option. Our statistic says that using this way 98% of successful relocation.
The house hunting are two fully days where we show the selected options being so focused

Before the arrival of the employee and the family:
1.Strong negotiation with landlord and real estate agency to reduce the fees;2.Informing with a previous form all detailed expenses related to the accomodation;3.Support the english drafting of the rent contract;4.Opening of all the utilities and settling the flat in case of maintenance.
The accomodation is ready to welcome the employee and the whole family in accordance to
the working starting date.

During the preliminary induction to our country, we constantly look at the family
recognizing them as a success factor in the relocation process.
Through phone calls, helpline and assistance in place we will
advice and support the schooling enrollment providing upon request of the company
