After the warm welcome from the organizers, it was now time to hear Manish Choudhary, Managing Director, Pitney Bowes deliberate on the young CEO’s view of the Human Resources function.
The thought provoking speech was followed by aspectacular motivational talk by Harsha Bhogle,on the plethora of lessons for HR from the field of sports.
And now, the moment had arrived. The judges and sponsorswere being taken to the dias to announce results.

The first ‘Are You In The List’ award was presented to Aishwarya Datta of ICICI Lombard.
She is Manager HR currently and believes that HR should play the role of an employee champion, maintaining a balance between the organizational and human aspect.
