Initiating & Business Developing: Preparing the technical &

financial proposals for new projects including the estimating

process for time, cost & fees. Leading the activists of

preparing the project proposal that include the development

of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical

Quality Control: Supervising the in-house printing, plotting &

deliverables of the submission and performing QA/QC
