Manufacturing PROCESS of

Agmeco Faucets

1AGMECO uses Ingots as a raw material which comes with a fixed percentage of copper and lead unlike others where scrap is mixed with zinc in an uncontrolled environment. AGMECO has an inhouse electric furnace with thermostatic temperature control instead of outsourcing the job where coallit furnace is used with no temperature control.

AGMECO uses an in-house, digitally controlled electroplating plant to ensure that the plating process yields best results.

Finally after undergoing the stringent process from casting to electroplating the products are assembled. Here all the bought out parts are tested to ensure that they are within the pre defined parameters, so that the quality is not compromised.

At AGMECO packaging is not only about visual appeal, but also the protection of the product that is being transported.

Agmeco uses heavy duty imported machines for machining processes like Boring, Turning, Drilling, Tapping etc. These machines are precision intensive and ensure meticulous products.

This ensures that even after following a sequence of stringent quality control steps, any products that have defects are instantly removed. Therefore, guaranteed that any product you purchase is of the top most quality.

This step onwards AGMECO uses best quality materials & machines for grinding polishing to increase the visual appeal of the product. It is ensured that the products are properly handled by use of trays to maintain aesthetic appearance and hence the products are free of any manufactuing defects.

AGMECO uses an in-house laboratory to test the chrome thickness at regular intervals and to ensure that the thickness is maintained throughout.

valve resulting in enhanced life of seat washer as the same is being protected against getting damaged from roughage on seat.

• Endurance test done for 30000/100000 cycles* randomly.

APPROPRIATE SIZING Appropriate sizing & provision of stopper in sieve/aerator fitting area for avoiding it to slip inside the tap or to slip out with pressure of water.

DURABLE EXTERNAL FINISHChromium Plating:• Three layer chromium plating i.e. Copper,

Nickel & chromium • Before nickel plating each piece passes

through a Copper bath (now eliminated by most of the manufacturers for taking higher production) for added luster and proper electric conductivity resulting in better adhesion of nickel & chromium on the exterior of body.

• Appropriate thickness of Nickel (10 to 15 microns) and Chromium (0.3 to 0.5 microns) for enhanced luster and enhanced life of outer surface.

• Electroplating is done on state of the art plant.

UNBREAKABLE THREAD14mm of inner diameter maintained at inlet thread to give an appropriate wall thickness in this main load area at the time of installation. Hence chances of thread breakage are almost eliminated.
