years ago: “Tell me and I will forget, Show me and I may remember, involve me and
I will understand”.

Paint Your Future Paint Your Future provides students (15-20 years old) with the opportunity not
only to discover their career competencies and potentials, but also with practical tools vis-à-vis reaching that potential and doing what they are passionate about.
Based on an opinion poll conducted by ADAA’ with university and graduate students (0-3 years of work experience), we found that more than 68% of the respondents agreed that they need to understand themselves better in order to make their job search easier. Another very common response for the graduate students was that they did not know how to search for a job that suits their interests.
Since employees spend half of their time –or more- in the workplace, we as ADAA’
believe that youth should be encouraged and guided towards finding their
passion and then be equipped to find a matching career path; both being of high
significance and difficulty. Therefore, we are determined to take the students on a
learning journey, in which we assess their learning needs, provide them with
learning experiences that cater for those needs, and then follow up on their personal
development and guide them to assure a smooth transition to their career paths.
By the end of Paint Your Future learning experience, participants are able to:
1. Experience –first hand- how they can turn their passion into a successful
career
2. Develop a career plan based on high awareness of their competencies,
potential, and opportunities in the market.
3. Overcome social and economic pressures that could threaten their career
dreams
4. Create, manage and grow different social networks
5. Get acquainted with success stories that are relevant to their areas of interest
