Our Global Commitment

The Department of Transportation (DOT) packaging regulations that require Performance- Oriented Packaging are based on the UN (United Nations) recommendations concerning the shipment of hazardous materials. As a result, packaging for the hazardous materials is now dependent on the hazard classification of a particular item and its physical attributes.

EnviroPack Technologies designs, constructs, and tests its packaging and containers in accordance with CFR 49, Part 178. The UN markings exhibited on our packaging and containers indicates that they have been successfully tested and approved, and as such comply with specific UN provisions and specifications related to it manufacture and use.

HazPack™ Cubic Yard Boxes

HazPack is an economical UN/DOT approved cubic yard box that is designed to address today’s complex

solid hazardous waste disposal challenges.

As the most economical and efficient hazmat cub yard box on the market today, the HazPack is constructed of sturdy triple-wall corrugated board and is rated for either:

•2,500lb (1,134kg)

•2,000lb (907kg)

•1,000lb (454kg) capacity.

The HazPack is ideal for countless hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams including

contaminated soils, plating sludge, asbestos and lead based materials, and contaminated personal

protective equipment.

WastePack™ Cubic Yard BagsThe WastePack is manufactured from heavy-duty coated woven material and its double-wall corrugated inserts provide rigidity which allows the bag to be self-standing. The WastePack is rated for either:

• 2,500lb (1,134Kg)

•3,000lb (1,360kg)

The UN/DOT approved WastePack is ideal for many types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams such as contaminated soils, plating sludge, asbestos and lead based materials in addition to contaminated personal protective equipment.

WasteSack™ Cubic Yard BagsOur economical UN/DOT approved WasteSack cubic yard bag is a user-friendly container manufactured to strict standards for hazardous waste disposal.

Manufactured from heavy-duty polypropylene and UV coated for rugged outdoor conditions, the WasteSack features one-piece construction and a convenient duffel top. Rated for 2,200lb (997kg) capacity, it is ideal for hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams such as contaminated soil, plating sludge, asbestos, and lead based materials, and contaminated personal protection equipment. Its economical design not only stores and ships flat, but can replace the capacity of four 55 gallon drum (208 liter) containers.

HexPack™ LabPack Containers

Our HexPack UN/DOT approved corrugated containers are ideal for lap pack applications. With capacities that range from 5 gallons to 30 gallons (18 liters to 113 liters), the HexPack is an economical alternative to traditional fiber drums, offering significant savings for equivalent sizes. In addition, the HexPack can be completely incinerated for cost- effective hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal.

For your added convenience, the HexPack is collapsible which allows for shipping and storing in a flat configuration for additional savings.

DrumPack™ Flexible Containers

The DrumPack is available in either a 30 gallon (113 liter) or 55 gallon (208 liter) container and is used for lap pack applications, sorbent spill kits, or satellite waste collection areas. Economical and efficient, the DrumPack can replace a traditional 30 gallon or 55 gallon drum.

Our innovative, user-friendly UN/DOT approved DrumPack collapsible container is manufactured from heavy-duty polypropylene and is UV coated to stand up to rugged outdoor conditions. Hard-wall technology provides rigidity for easy filling and is ideal for use in confined spaces.

BulbPack™ Lamp Recycling Containers

The BulbPack is an innovative disposal package for mercury based fluorescent lamps. These convenient lamp recycling containers are ideal for use in numerous industries including; commercial properties, schools/colleges, hospitals, industrial facilities, environmental firms, and government agencies.

Available in various sizes, the BulbPack is the right choice when complying with Federal and State waste laws for the handling of spent fluorescent lamps.

Container Liners & Covers

When lining your corrugated container for increased environmental protection is essential, we offer high-quality polyethylene liners. Made of recycled and virgin material with a wide heat seal, our liners can be used for both hazardous and non-hazardous materials and are available in , 4, 6 and 8 Mil thicknesses. Both gusset and non-gusset style liners are available in a choice of sizes to meet all of your disposal needs.

We also offer a 3 Mil clear polyethylene solution if your application requires a clear polyethylene liner or exterior cover for your cubic yard containers.

TransPack™ Bulk Containers

The TransPack is a soft-sided packaging product for hazardous and non-hazardous bulk waste disposal and has a self-standing design that can be used with out without loading frames. Meeting the 49 CFR 171.8 standard for “sift-proof packaging,” the TransPack has 5,000lb to 20,000lb capacity and is available from 2 to 20 cubic yards (1.5 to 7.6 meters).
