Case Study
The Brief:
To create a design concept for the refurbishment of Abbotts, a national chain of estate agents.
The refurbishments will include a replan of the existing spaces with the aim ofimproving the efficiency of the work space for the employee as well as improving the overall customer experience.
Particular attention will be given to improving kerb appeal from the street level, incorporating the brand values in to the design and upgrading the propertydisplays. New ways of working for both the employee and the client will beexplored...
