Also, to set- up during someone of the large sporting events i.e. Jaguars Football, baseball events. Yes, there are lots of people walking around on a daily basis looking for places to have a great lunch. Also, I will be attending some of the city and states largest festivals. Menu Cobb Salad Lobster Rolls Lobster Roll BLT Sandwich Crab cake BLT (Lump meat) w/ Dill Tatar Sauce Lobster Quesadillas Fish Tacos Shrimp Tacos Fried Shrimp Baskets w/Fresh-cut fries Atmosphere MY truck will be white with a fluorescent yellow trim with the truck outlined with tube lights. It will have a logo of a lobster with a chef’s hat with a spatula and fork with sunglasses on. The truck will have a florescent and white arming. Marketing Strategy As, I stated, i have been in this business for 30 plus years and have and extensive following and plan to use the following market strategies: Social media: Facebook, Twitter, along with fliers in all the office complexes and of course business cards. And of course loyal followers from Foodstart. Financial Plan We expect start-up expenses to about $45-$50k including build-out of the truck with equipment, other supplies such as used small wares and food inventory will
