DESCRIPTION

Do you want to publish a book? If you've got a story to tell and a computer with an Internet connection, nothing's stopping you now except fear and lack of knowledge. Here are 8 tricks for indie publishing success. Of course it will be an uphill battle, but as part of my presentation to the Brantford Public Library, I discussed how you can prepare through success through research, writing quickly, good covers, e-books (print books are also important, but can come later), discoverability, offering a series book for free, faith & determination (becoming what Jennifer Crusie called "a rat with an island"), and enjoying the freedom.
