“Our consultants are very technical people, and some lacked the skills to properly manage a client engagement beyond technical delivery. The [on demand] Soft Skills training series from RTM Consulting improved their engagement management and consultative skills and helped make them more comfortable with identifying additional opportunities within our client base. With these skills, a significant portion of our business now comes from engagement expansion.”-- Bruce Hawkins, Director, Emerson Process Management

For example, North Carolina Align4NCWorks* aims to connect NC based companies with training that will provide increased skills and productivity of its employees. RTMC has worked with companies utilizing these programs and has shown the ability to collaborate with the governing bodies to bring quality and budget friendly training to the table.
