External: agree with IAA senior management and other 3rd parties that could further have a say in the org development.

Internal: full endorsement from the rest 10 founding members for all the board’s elected components..

a) Create a clear work framework and decide upon logistic metrics ( where/when to meet, group split, projects/resources etc)

Maintain a positive image for the YAA YP within residence and the IAA community through a coordinated

and deliberate communications strategy. Coordinate and promote all YAA YP wide events while overseeing the work of all standing work groups Assist the President in the human resources functions of the IAA YP, especially recruitment.Serve as a consultant to the President in formulation of new programs and activities.

Skills needed to achieve the above:

1. Excellent organizational skills to co-ordinate a number of activities and/or projects,. 2. Strong interpersonal and excellent oral and written communication skills.3. Proven ability to work collaboratively on a team

1 I have coordinated complex projects – both in Marketing and Events - with budgets exceeding 100k euro.2 I have a degree in diplomacy and external affairs and previous work experience in the PR field ( both corporate and institutional)3. I have previously managed several teams ( 1-8 members)
