During the period between March to September 2010, the Compound Annual Growth Rate
(CAGR) of Group Buying Website is 91%. However, the CAGR for the recent three months is
35%.

The average monthly sales of the group buying has reached more than 3.7 billion by the last 3
months while the average monthly sales has reached 1.7 million during the period between March
to September. The market size reached 1.17 billion during the third quarter of the year. If
compared with the 1 billion yuan during the second quarter of the year, the market size has grown
1100%. Meanwhile, e-commerce market in China grew by 76.9% over the same period.
