Currently our main challenge lies in meeting the exchange goal of

The Challenge
We need to contribute to 50% of the 7200, the 2009 goal for
exchange by June.
Achievements
• Positive trend in implementation of flexible LC processes to give more experiences to students from diverse backgrounds
• Promotion of short term AIESEC Experiences for growth
• Growth packages on reaching diverse audiences & recruiting them through different methods
• Culture of excitement around growth (100% growth campaign)
• Global growth meetings with clear output for 2009
Challenges
• Member efficiency and contribution to organization goals
• Establishing synergies between Exchange, Talent Management and Communication responsible at a local level to generate more experiences
• Efficiency of Matching & communication between the student and organization
• Movement of Leaders to the exchange stage
• Ownership of countries for growth initiatives such as Clustered approach & overall management

• How can we attract leaders in AIESEC to take up exchange opportunities as valuable and intense experiences?
