A project will benefit from the tender or retender of bathroom pods in a multitude of areas, including project efficiency, removal of contingencies and reduction of labour. Interpod have a proven track record of turning optimistic programmes into realistic ones.

Understanding where these costs are in the tender process is paramount when calculating the overall project estimation. Being crystal clear about the works the subcontractor is expected to do will ensure that standard estimating methods and optimistic project planning do not affect the updated programme.
