Action Plan The company will make a least a tour per 1 week in the first year.

First we will focus on the beach, place have beautiful view and some island near Vietnam.

After we have gained the customer’s trust, we will expand our work to some neighbor countries like Thai, Malaysia etc. and then a little bit further like Japan and Korea.

Create more policies and bonus to attract customer.

Create advice box to get opinion from customer.

Solve problem from the customer’s complain.

Advertise on TV, Internet, Newspaper, Leaflets.



Code of Ethics Customer:

Customer are the source of our benefit, so we have to make sure that they feel comfortable

when they go on a tour with us. The things that they care most is the insurance and the safety of the

trip, so we will give them insurance and guarantee a safe trip so they will feel secure when they deal a

contract with us . We also consider about their health and benefit, we would give them a call before

their tour, to make sure they are fine and they remember that day that they have booked.

Employee: We will solve their problem as soon as possible, especially about their salary.

We will have pregnancy policies for female employee, we will give them a total of 12

weeks off with pay before and after their baby is born, to make sure they are on their best form when

they get back to work.

The employee who work on holiday will receive more income and get more benefit from the

other, such as a luxury meal after their job is done.

We will give them more training program depend on the skill that they are lack of.

Job DescriptionJob title: Tour GuideJob Status: non-exemptSalary: 6 million VND / monthJob Summary:I am looking for a tour guide with excellent in English language skills to guide for the foreign travelers. This job also needs a high quality in communicating, organizing skills. Tour guide must obtain cultural, historical knowledge not only in Vietnam but also in some neighbor countries. They should treat customers suitable in different culture. They not only provide information to customer but also report their works and customer’s assessments.Responsibilities and Duties:

Treat customers as well as possible. The primary responsibilities will include planning and organizing tours around a certain area

of interest. Plan a stop station having a restroom and cafeteria in a good quality. Provide useful information ( historical, cultural facts and interesting story ) for customers. Listen to the opinion of the customers such as conduct survey. Plan the tour for the tourist with specific information. Collect payment for transportation and accommodations from customer. Report any observations, concerns, or incidents to supervisory or security staff that may

require action attention.

Education and Skills:

Requiring a high school diploma Need a certificate of business, travel, marketing.
