Dumbing Up – It’s What The International Credit Profession Is
Doing!

We may not know who won the Battle of Hastings in 1066, but we can tell you that if David is faster than George and John is
slower than David, then John is not necessarily faster than George.

The Challenge is Two-fold:
Maintain your credit management basics
Know Your Customer
Analyse the Financial and Non-Financial Risks
Understand the Numbers
Monitor the Relationship
Whether you’re selling to:-• EUROPE – from France to Tajikistan
• AFRICA – from South Africa to Zimbabwe
• MIDDLE EAST – from Qatar to Yemen
Use the resources that are available to you from a professional membership
Build those professional relationships by joining the Association that best meets your own and your
Company's needs.
I know it's sometimes not easy, but try and find that budget.
And 'IF YOU JOIN, JOIN IN'!

recognition and respect to that enjoyed by bankers and accountants and prove to anyone that will listen that a career in this great profession will
be worthwhile and stimulating.
If you haven't done so already, achieve those professional qualifications and encourage your colleagues, peers and team members to do so to.

Broadly speaking, I hope so.
In 30 minutes I'm not going to recommend whom I think are the best partners to choose, but I've suggested a cost
