Founded in 2010, Conductor is a marketing technology company that helps large corporations, like FedEx, increase their web presence through “unpaid” channels. Though small, the employees at Conductor work hard and dive right into the work. One employee explains, “Employees are given a lot of responsibility no matter what their title and tenure. It is not uncommon to see individual contributors given full control over a project that has direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You can’t get this in a larger company.” Company culture revolves around employee networking and engagement. This can be seen through activities such as casino nights, karaoke, barbecues, trivia nights, soccer and basketball teams as well as happy hour.
