A strategic proactive approach to talent mgmt.

It replaces the currently common… opinions,

beliefs, intuition, hunches, speculation, trial & error

learning & automatically continuing with past practices.

It instead relies on… data, facts, analysis, charts,

metrics, algorithms, science and predicted trends…

to improve the accuracy, speed and business

impacts of major people management decisions…

that are made by managers and HR professionals.

And finally, it reveals “why” programs work.
